Dr. Lynn Friedman, D.C.

Dr. Lynn Friedman, on behalf of her son Luke (pictured here), is currently seeking religious exemption from vaccinations in the state of New York. Her case is currently in the second circuit Court of Appeals.

In September 2001, Dr. Friedman was denied religious exemption from her local school district. Dr. Friedman is being represented by Attorney Joel Oster of the "Liberty Counsel," a law firm located in Orlando, Florida, which specializes in handling religious liberty cases.

In November 2002, Dr. Friedman was a speaker at theThird National Convention of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) in Washington, DC.

Dr. Friedman graduated with a science degree from SUNY/Rockland and received her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 1989. Dr. Friedman has run a  Holistic/Wellness practice in Stony Point, NY for the past 14 years.
